Engineering and Installation
 

Altalinq will provide any level of engineering and installation support that the customer

requires, including full ‘Turn Key Service’. Turn Key Support includes: installing equipment;

installing equipment monitoring services; turn-up and verification of system; final reports.

 

Our personnel are trained and expert in engineering, installation and maintenance of the

equipment. Altalinq will also provide : installation supervision; training of the customer trainers; local installation support; systems engineering.

 
Service Support

Altalinq provides 24X7 support for all its products and services, through our product

manufacturers and service developers. Local maintenance support can also be provided if this

is desirable. Engineering help desks are also available.

 

Equipment warranties are available from all  the individual manufacturers, and software service providers, and they provide fast turn around of equipment and software under  warranty, as well as replacement equipment and software.

   

Training

 

Altalinq’s personnel are qualified and experienced trainers, with proven applications

in both the United States and Canada. Our experienced staff are available for the writing

and teaching of courses on subjects of a technical nature, either at your facility or at the

general area of choice. 

 

We design courses for new equipment offerings and provide the training required to introduce the services for your staff or customers. Presentations can be made at customer locations or any outside facility. Booking is negotiable for time and place.
